Getting your discounts on BananaCall

We often give out promo codes for special occasions, and you can use these to get discounts on your purchases on www.BananaCall.com. These codes are usually comprised of letters and numbers, and you'll get them in your email inbox. Below are the steps you need to follow to get the discount:

1. Log in to your BananaCall account: visit the website, enter the login detail (username and password) and click on "Login";
2. Once you're in the "My account" section, click on "Recharge Your Plan" in the menu on your left, and this will take you to a new page.
3. On the new page, at the bottom, you will see a special field called "Promotion Discount", under which you must enter the code you received in the email. Please note that this field is only visible when we have an active promo campaign running; so if no campaigns are available, you might not see the special field.
4. Once you've entered the code, click on "Buy Now" and the order will be placed, with the applied discount.

The recharge will be active on your plan in the shortest possible time, so you can start placing calls to your international (and domestic) destination shortly. Also, in order to receive all promo e-mails and take advantage of all the discounts we'll send you, you should make sure to white list the e-mail address: promotions@email.bananacall.com; this is the address from which all promo codes are sent. The easiest way to white list and make sure you get all discounts is by adding the address to the address book, in your e-mail account.

If you're a new customer, you can still take advantage of our special deals: you'll know there's an active promotion if you can see the "Promotion Discount" section on the sign-up page (at the bottom of the form); you can then search the web for promo codes (normally found on coupon websites) and use the code to get your discount.
