Use the Voicemail feature with PC-2-Phone

If you're already using PC-2-Phone and you've added one or several Virtual Numbers, then here's a few tips you can still use to improve your experience with this feature. How would you like it if, when someone calls you on one of your virtual numbers and you're not logged into the Pc-2-Phone application, they could leave you a message instead?

This is very much possible with any BananaCall account that is using PC-2-Phone and has a Virtual Number. And you can make that happen just by turning on the Voicemail option! You can get a regular subscription for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months (and you can extend this subscription at any time - or turn on the automatic renewal).

Initially, you're allocated a storage space of 1 hour for your voice messages, but this will automatically be increased based on your needs. So basically you can store as many messages as you'd like, since you have virtually endless storage!

The advantages of activating your Voicemail option is that you can know about people who've called you when you were not at your PC to pick up the calls; and you can then call them back when you get the time. You can even call them back using your calling plan.

If you'd like to be more in the reach of your friends, you might also want to consider getting the Call Forwarding option, which allows you to pick up your calls from your actual phone (landline or cell); when you're not logged into PC-2-Phone, all calls made to your Virtual Numbers are redirected to your physical phone number, so you can pick up at wherever you are, and stay in touch all the time!
